The Diploma in Leadership Development is a 9-month program designed to enhance leadership skills. A prerequisite for participation is leading a team, and the program is also part of an optional pathway towards an MSc in Business (Leadership & Management Practice).

Degree Overview:
The Diploma in Leadership Development is designed to help participants become more effective leaders. It focuses on understanding how individuals contribute to their own success and that of their teams and organizations. It is challenging and highly experiential, requiring participants to examine, share, and learn from their own experiences, utilizing and implementing fresh insight, tools, and techniques.

The Diploma in Leadership Development is delivered over 9 months, consisting of 6 two-day modules.

- Participants must be open to critically examining and building upon their own approach to lead.
- The Diploma in Leadership Development also forms part of the optional MSc in Business (Leadership & Management Practice) Pathway.
- The pathway framework is comprised of ten diploma programmes. If participants successfully complete any three of these ten diplomas within a recommended 5-year timeframe, they are awarded with the MSc in Business (Leadership & Management Practice).
