The Entrepreneurship Certificate program is a graduate-level program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in various entrepreneurial ventures. It goes beyond the traditional sole proprietor concept, encompassing intrapreneurship (corporate entrepreneurship), social entrepreneurship, and global entrepreneurship. The program emphasizes the importance of financial analysis, competitive advantage, marketing, and business management for successful ventures. It aims to help individuals leverage their existing technical, creative, and industry expertise in an entrepreneurial context.

- Graduation Requirements: Successful completion of required coursework with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or more. The degree must be completed within five years of acceptance into the program. All students must contract for graduation.
- Transferring to UC: Students must complete the entire certificate program in residence.
- Accreditation: The University of Cincinnati and all regional campuses are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The Carl H. Lindner College of Business holds AACSB accreditation.
