Module 2: Feedback and Difficult Conversations:

This module explores how managers can approach difficult conversations, such as giving negative feedback, in a constructive and collaborative manner. It emphasizes the importance of early intervention and proactive conflict management.

Module 4: Resolving Conflict in Your Team:

This module provides managers with skills based on workplace mediation to address conflict between team members. It focuses on identifying the root cause of problems and developing sustainable resolutions.
