If you are not ready to commit to undertaking the Master of Health Law, the Graduate Diploma in Health Law is a good place to start. This course is designed for lawyers or non-lawyers who wish to upgrade their qualifications or advance their career in legal or healthcare professions.

What you’ll study:
- You will complete 24 credit points, which is equivalent to 4 units of study.
- There are two compulsory units of study:
- Health Care and Professional Liability
- Information Rights in Health Care
- Students without a law degree must also complete the unit:
- Legal Reasoning and the Common Law System
- The remaining units of study are selected from a wide range of relevant electives.
