The MA Contemporary Policing is designed for serving police officers and related staff to advance their careers and prepare for senior management roles.

With modules designed in consultation with police researchers and practitioners you will develop an in-depth and systematic understanding of core topics affecting the modern police service.
Tuition fees for UK students (2024/25):
£5,300 per year (part-time)
Tuition fees for international students (2024/25):
£8,350 per year (part-time)
- Fees are payable upfront, in full or in installments.
- International students can pay in two installments or provide a sponsorship letter.
- ARU graduates may be eligible for an Alumni Scholarship and get a 20% fee discount.
However, this course has been designed for serving professionals in the police and related professions/work sectors, who will be considered for their suitability on the basis of APEL (recognition of prior learning), using the principles outlined by the College of Policing.
