Stage 1 - Taught Component
- Two 30-credit modules supported by online "scaffolding sessions"
- Module 1 (Semester 1): Advanced Professional Practice Research Problem and Theory
- Covers the conceptual basis of Evidence Based Management, the relationship between theory and practice in management research, and how to move from a research topic to specific research problems and questions.
- Focuses on undertaking a literature review and using academic literature to clarify and narrow the research topic into a coherent set of research questions.
- Module 2 (Semester 2): Advanced Research Methods in a Business Context
