Horticultural Machine Maintenance, Service and Repair

This one-day course teaches participants how to maintain garden machinery, including line trimmers, brushcutters, and mowers. Topics covered include recoil cord replacement, blade sharpening, filter servicing, and cable adjustments. Participants are encouraged to bring their own machines for hands-on practice. A Certificate of Attendance is issued upon completion.

Topics covered include recoil cord replacement, rotary blade sharpening, air filter serving, v belt adjustment, and cable adjustments. Participants are encouraged to bring their own machines in "as used" condition along with operator manuals and any spares for hands-on practice. A Certificate of Attendance is issued upon completion of the course. The instructor-to-student ratio is 1:8.
