Degree Overview:

The LLB Licence English and French Law (Double Degree) is a three-year program that provides students with the opportunity to study both English and French law. The program is designed to give students a deep understanding of the legal systems of both countries, as well as the skills necessary to practice law in either jurisdiction. Upon completion of the program, students will be awarded a Licence en Droit from one of the partner institutions in France, as well as an LLB from the University of Essex.

The program is divided into three years of study. The first two years are spent at the University of Essex, where students take courses in English law, French law, and other related subjects. The third year is spent at one of the partner institutions in France, where students take courses in French law and complete a research project.
