Learning Organisations and Quality Enhancement

Program Overview

This Level 7 program on Learning Organizations and Quality Enhancement provides health professionals with the knowledge and skills to improve their teaching practices, promote positive change in their learning environments and organizations, and critically evaluate the impact of various factors on learning. Participants will explore topics such as supervision, appraisal, learning environments, organizational culture, educational evaluation, and quality assurance procedures. Upon completion, participants will be able to critically evaluate their own teaching practices and identify areas for improvement, as well as contribute to the development of a positive and supportive learning environment within their organizations.
