Entry Requirements:
This course is designed for participants with Human Resources or People Management experience who are looking to take the next step in their career to a Senior People Management role. Applicants are required to hold a minimum of an Honour’s Level Degree (Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications) or equivalent. TUS Midlands operate a Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning scheme which means that non graduates with considerable relevant work experience and other prior qualifications may be considered for the course. A short interview will form part of the application decision.
