  • Semester 1:
  • Strategic Management and Leadership:
  • This module explores the principles of strategic management and leadership in the context of packaging, innovation, and product design. It covers topics such as strategic analysis, decision-making, leadership styles, and organizational change. It examines the properties and characteristics of various packaging materials, the different packaging methods, and the legal requirements for packaging products. It covers techniques for brainstorming, idea generation, concept development, and visual communication.
  • Semester 2:
  • Product Design and Prototyping:
  • This module introduces students to the principles of product design and the process of creating prototypes. It covers topics such as user-centered design, design thinking, prototyping methods, and design for manufacturing.
  • Research Methods: This module provides students with a foundation in research methodologies relevant to packaging, innovation, and product design.
  • It covers topics such as qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and research ethics.
  • Applied Case Studies Capstone Project: This module allows students to apply their knowledge and skills to real-world case studies.
  • They will work on a capstone project that involves developing a comprehensive packaging and product design solution for a specific client or industry.

Schedule:

  • 2-3 evenings per week from 6pm to 9pm (online)
  • Selected Saturdays from 9am to 1pm (online)
