Program Overview
The Certificate in Customer Service Excellence is a part-time, 12-week program designed to enhance operational excellence skills. Through modules on continuous improvement and operations excellence, learners gain the knowledge to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Students are eligible to progress to the Certificate in Supervisory Management and Team Leadership Programme upon completion.

- Course Schedule: Classes are held 2-3 evenings per week from 6pm to 9pm (online) and on selected Saturdays from 9am to 1pm (online).

- Operations Excellence: This module delves into the core concepts and practices of operational excellence, covering topics such as process optimization, performance measurement, and quality management.
- Induction: Induction for the September 2024 program takes place on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. It also introduces learners to TUS learning systems, including MS Office, Zoom, Moodle, and outlines the learning supports available during the program.

Entry Requirements:
- Mature applicants (i.e., over 23 years)
- Leaving Certificate Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate. Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language (English or Irish)
- QQI Level 5 – Full award with a minimum of eight modules
- Recognition of Prior Learning.
