The Certificate in Customer Service Excellence is a part-time, 12-week program designed to enhance operational excellence skills. Through modules on continuous improvement and operations excellence, learners gain the knowledge to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Students are eligible to progress to the Certificate in Supervisory Management and Team Leadership Programme upon completion.

  • It also introduces learners to TUS learning systems, including MS Office, Zoom, Moodle, and outlines the learning supports available during the program.
