This program combines a pre-master's preparation with a postgraduate degree in a single two-year study plan. It offers a single CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) allowing students to study on one visa for the entire program. This eliminates the need to return home to renew their visa after Year 1 and allows them to stay in the UK to work over the summer.
Objectives:
- Develop specialist subject knowledge through teacher and student-led workshops, lectures, and seminars.
- Explore research areas of interest at an early stage to pursue in more detail during the Master's degree.
- Develop research and analytical skills with one-to-one supervision.
- After successful completion of Year 1, students continue directly to the Master's degree.
- Degrees are developed in partnership with industry leaders.
