  • Unit 4: Digital Evidence and Electronic Signature: Covers Digital Evidence and Electronic Signature.
  • Unit 5: Legaltech Labor and Fintech: Covers Legaltech Labor and Fintech.
  • Unit 6: Legal Project Management, Lexnet, and Electronic Administration: Covers Legal Project Management, Lexnet, and Electronic Administration.
  • Unit 7: Legal Protection of Software: Covers Legal Protection of Software (I) and Legal Protection of Software (II).
  • Unit 8: Blockchain and Smart Contracts: Covers Blockchain and Smart Contracts.

To access the Postgraduate Diploma in Legaltech, you must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • If you are a graduate from a foreign education system, you do not need to have your Bachelor's Degree officially recognized.
  • Have accredited professional experience, taking into account the specific requirements of each professional field, which guarantees the achievement of the competencies of the access profile in the field of activities related to the Postgraduate Diploma.
  • There are certain degrees that are expressly excluded by the Universidad Europea, which do not allow access through professional experience. See the list here.
  • Higher Vocational Training graduates who have accredited professional experience after completing their internship.
  • In all cases, the University may limit access to certain degrees if a specific university degree has not been previously taken.
