Module 1: [Asynchronous] Portfolio Management (6 ECTS)
This module introduces students to portfolio management systems used by organizations to select transformation projects. Students will learn about agile team building, roles and responsibilities, project initiation, Scrum fundamentals, artifacts, and execution. It also includes preparation for the PSM I certification.
Module 3: Talent and Leadership Project Management (5 ECTS)
This module emphasizes leadership skills essential for agile transformation within organizations. It covers topics such as team building, cohesion, development, and performance optimization, as well as leadership styles and techniques.
Module 4: Hybrid Project Management (5 ECTS)
This module introduces students to the PM2 methodology, a project management framework developed by the European Commission. It covers portfolio definition, value optimization, monitoring, and control, as well as Lean and Agile portfolio management.
Module 6: Agile Project Management (5 ECTS)
