LLM (Hons) Comparative & European Private International Law

Program Overview

This program will take place in two parts. The first part will be in Scotland where you will spend a semester learning about jurisdiction, choice of law, and effects of foreign judgments. The second part will be in France where you will complete your studies and specialize in either commercial or family law aspects of private international law. You will complete the program in as little as 12 months if you complete the 3-month pathway, or as long as 15 months if you complete the 6-month pathway.
