Degree Overview:

The Master of Conservation Biology focuses on the theory, practice, and ethics of biological conservation from the level of wild populations to entire ecosystems. It equips students with specialist skills in areas such as climate change biology, regional and global conservation, GIS and remote sensing, wild populations and field methods, and includes a biology research placement. The Master of Environment is a multidisciplinary and future-focused program that provides students with the skills required for roles in emerging green sectors, such as renewable energies, as well as for roles in traditional sectors – industry, construction, and agriculture – that are evolving to be greener. The degree has a renewed focus on industry engagement, offering opportunities to build industry networks and gain practical experience working in partnership with industry to develop solutions to genuine environmental challenges.
