The PhD in Computing and Informatics is a research-based program that allows students to delve into a wide range of relevant areas within computing and informatics. Teaching:
The program utilizes a combination of supervised study, independent research, workshops, seminars, mentoring sessions, and interaction with other research students in a dynamic environment. Students are provided with flexible training and development opportunities covering research-related skills, including transferable skills, research ethics and integrity (mandatory), data management, and career planning. The program also offers two interdisciplinary conferences on the themes of 'method' and 'impact', focusing on discussions of research practice and pathways to impact.
