Program Structure:
- The LLM (Alternative Dispute Resolution) consists of 90 credits.
- Full-time option: 12 months, 90 credits.
- Part-time option: 24 months, 90 credits (40 credits in Year 1, 50 credits in Year 2).
Course Schedule:
- 10-credit modules run for 12 weeks.
- 5-credit modules run for 6 weeks.
- Seminars generally take place in two-hour blocks, once a week per module.
- Seminar times are between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. It covers the various processes and practices of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
