This short course is designed for those interested in learning about rapid prototyping techniques and how they can be used in product development and innovation.

• Understand the benefits and limitations of each technology.
• Develop a basic 3D CAD model.
• Create a 3D print of a CAD model.

Teaching:

• The course is delivered in person on the Nottingham Trent University city campus.
• The course is taught by James Meadwell, a Senior Research Fellow in Design at Nottingham Trent University.
• James has extensive experience working in varied practices, including healthcare products, heavy machinery, light framed steel buildings, furniture, and innovative medical devices.
• The course includes 15 contact hours of quality tuition.
