Year One

  • Explore (20 Credit Points): This module introduces the creative industries, exploring their history, development, ethical and sustainable issues, cultural and economic impact, and key trends.
  • Students will gain an understanding of different sectors and roles within the creative industries.
  • Create (20 Credit Points): This module focuses on product development within the creative industries, covering market research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
  • Students will work in groups to create a product for a specific sector.
  • Evaluate (20 Credit Points): This module develops self-evaluation skills in relation to practical work.
