Program Overview
The FdA Additional Support Needs program at the University of Suffolk is a two-year full-time or four-year part-time program designed to develop and extend students' knowledge and skills to work inclusively with their "clients" in a multi-agency, multi-professional team. It prepares students for a career in the field of additional support needs, with a focus on personal and professional development, safeguarding, equality and diversity, psychological and sociological perspectives, and research in practice. Graduates may progress to the Honours degree in Inclusive Practice and Integrated Working at the University of Suffolk or onto the progression year of other degree courses.
