- Specialised Project Portfolio for Leadership (Mental Health) (Mandatory): Students are able to develop a project in their work setting, reflecting on their team leadership and management skills.
- Negotiated Project (Mental Health) (Mandatory): Students are required to provide an extended literature review or research proposal linked to their work setting.
