The module combines theories, codes and regulations, corporate social responsibility and ethics in addressing how modern corporations could adopt effective governance to manage their role and place in the society.
- Global Banking (20 Credits)

- Description: This module explains the place and importance of banking in the context of the global Financial Services industry and covers the practical aspects of international banking and financial markets. - Description: This module develops students' understanding of the complexity of the international financial systems and the issues multinational banks face in different jurisdictions. The module will cover historical and current developments towards the development of the `new' financial systems architecture and the challenge for harmonisation.
- Risk Management in Banking (20 Credits)

- Description: This module prepares the students for roles in treasury and risk management. Asset and Liability management is core to the sustainability of financial institutions especially banks, hence, this module focuses on the tools, techniques and models of bank risk measurement and management.
- Banking and Finance Project (20 Credits)

- Status: Compulsory The focus is on the implications of environmental changes to the structure and performance of global banking groups.
