Students tackle real-world problems using both law and business principles, participating in immersive learning events like HACK, IMPACT, and IMAGINE, unique to the Penryn Campus.
- Collaborative Learning: Students work in small groups on both law and business modules, engaging in activities like mock trials, negotiations, advising real businesses, drafting legal documents, and creating business plans.
- Industry Partnerships: The program collaborates with law firms, businesses, legal NGOs, and non-profit organizations to provide students with practical experience and prepare them to be valuable assets in any organization.
- Accreditation: The LLB program provides a strong foundation for a legal career, equipping students with the knowledge and skills required for the academic stage of qualification as a barrister.

- Structure: The degree is divided into core and optional modules, offering flexibility for students to tailor their studies to their interests.
- Credit System: Each module is worth 15 or 30 credits. Full-time undergraduates take 120 credits per year.

- Compulsory Modules: 90 credits of compulsory Law modules and 30 credits of optional Business modules.

- Year 2:
- Compulsory Modules: 105 credits of compulsory modules and 15 credits of optional modules.
- Law Modules: The Law of Torts, Contract Law.
- Business Modules: Strategic Concepts for Business, Project Management.
- Optional Modules: Circular Enterprise Economy, Finance for Business, Social Enterprise Management, Workplace Wellbeing, Digital Technologies and the Future of Work, Environmental Regulation and Redress.
- Year 3 (With Industrial Placement): Students spend their third year on an industrial placement.
- Year 3 (With Professional Placement): Students spend their third year on a professional placement with a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Final Year:
- Compulsory Modules: 60-90 credits of compulsory modules and 30-60 credits of optional modules.
- Law Modules: Trusts, Land Law, Constitutional Law (for those transferring from BBL to LLB), Human Rights Law (for those transferring from BBL to LLB), Corporate Law, Theory and Governance, The Law of Corporate Finance, Dissertation, Legal Research Paper 1.
- Optional Modules: Business and Human Rights Law, Law and Technology, Social and Technological Innovation, Business and Climate Change, Globalisation and Internationalisation, Local-Global Innovation (Cornwall Research Seminar Series), Crisis: Change and Creativity in Organisations, Marketing Strategy.
