  • Year 1:
  • 120 credits of compulsory modules, including:
  • The Law of Contract (30 credits)
  • French Constitutional Law (30 credits)
  • Constitutional and Administrative Law (30 credits)
  • Legal Foundations (30 credits)
  • Year 2:
  • 105 credits of compulsory modules and 15 credits of optional modules, including:
  • The Law of Torts (30 credits)
  • Land Law (30 credits)
  • French Administrative Law (30 credits)
  • European Union Law (15 credits)
  • Optional modules: Students select one 15-credit module from the list of optional modules offered in the Law School at Level 5.
  • Year 3: 90 credits of compulsory modules and 30 credits of optional modules, including:
  • Criminal Law (30 credits)
  • Trusts (30 credits)
  • French Law of Contract (30 credits)
  • Optional modules: Students select 30 credits of optional modules at Level 6 and/or Level 5, with a maximum of 30 credits at Level 5.
  • They must take a minimum of 90 credits at Level 6. Students can choose up to 30 credits of modules outside the Law School, subject to availability and approval.
  • Final Year: 120 credits of compulsory modules, spent at the Law Faculty of the University of Rennes 1, following one of the Master 1 (Maîtrise en Droit) (Master 1) programs.
  • Students are registered at the University of Exeter on the compulsory module, LAW4000 Year Abroad: Maitrise.
