The Help to Grow: Management program is a 12-week program designed for senior leaders of small and medium businesses. It is 90% subsidized by the government, costing only £750 for the entire program. The program aims to support senior managers in boosting their business's performance, resilience, and long-term growth. It provides in-depth training in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management. It includes:

  • Eight facilitated online 2-hour sessions: These sessions cover various aspects of business management, including strategy, innovation, digital adoption, marketing, and finance.
  • Four practical and interactive case study workshops: These workshops provide hands-on experience and allow participants to apply the concepts learned in the online sessions to real-world scenarios.
  • One-to-one support from a mentor: Each participant is assigned a mentor who provides personalized support and guidance in developing their business growth plan.

Course Modules:


Employee Engagement and Leading Change:

This module covers strategies for engaging employees and leading organizational change effectively.


High-Performance Workplace - Case Study:

This module examines the characteristics of a high-performance workplace and includes a case study to illustrate best practices.
