It provides in-depth training in leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial management. It includes:
- Eight facilitated online 2-hour sessions: These sessions cover various aspects of business management, including strategy, innovation, digital adoption, marketing, and finance.
- Four practical and interactive case study workshops: These workshops provide hands-on experience and allow participants to apply the concepts learned in the online sessions to real-world scenarios.
- One-to-one support from a mentor: Each participant is assigned a mentor who provides personalized support and guidance in developing their business growth plan.
