This unit is one of two units that lead to a service improvement project. PSIP is the planning stage. They can also be taken on a standalone basis. This unit follows a robust evidenced based approach and is designed to prepare you to bring about a measurable benefit to a service or services against a stated aim within your own professional context. You will gain sufficient knowledge regarding an appropriate, systematic, and justified methodology in a complex professional area design an original, intellectually challenging, and in-depth SIP action plan. It will be evaluated via an oral presentation.
