Entry Requirements:
- Minimum GPA: Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.750 at Colorado State University (CSU).
- Required Courses: Students must complete the following courses with the specified grades:
- CON 101, Introduction to Construction Management: "B" grade or better
- CO 150, College Composition: "B" grade or better
- MATH 125, Numerical Trigonometry: "C" grade or better
- Pre-Construction Management: All students pursuing the Construction Management major will start as Pre-Construction Management and must meet the above admission requirements before being fully admitted to the Construction Management major.
- Internship: Students are required to obtain an internship (full-time structured work experience) position with a construction company or organization.
