- Course Delivery: Self-paced online study with access to support from industry experts.
- Course Schedule: Six months to complete the course. A recommended 15-week course is provided in the course outline.
- Course length: 80-110 hours based on learners' existing knowledge, experience in the industry, and active engagement with learner supports.
- Pre-requisites: RELE9101 Fundamentals of Real Estate (or completion of the Fundamentals of Real Estate course at another institution). Verification will be required.
Assessment:
- Completion Requirements: A minimum of 70% is required to pass the course.
- RECA Licensing Exam: Learners must meet the RECA Eligibility requirements and successfully pass this course. Learners will need to successfully complete RECA examination to become licensed.
