Program Overview
This self-paced online course fosters a global mindset and enhances intercultural sensitivity through one-on-one coaching. Participants complete an online assessment and engage in three coaching sessions, developing critical reflections and task completion skills.

Degree Overview:
This course is designed for educators who are interested in developing a global mindset and strengthening their intercultural sensitivity. It follows a one-on-one coaching model, with participants taking the Intercultural Development Inventory online and then meeting with their coach for three sessions (one preliminary feedback session and two follow-up sessions). Each session is approximately one hour long. The course is also an opportunity for graduates of The Intercultural Competencies for Leaders Certificate Program to reinforce their learning. Participants are not required to complete the entire certificate program before signing up for Developing a Global Mindset.

The course is self-paced and can be completed online. The course is offered from September 16, 2024 to April 19, 2025. The cost of the course is $350.00 CAD.
