Program Overview

The Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences provides a comprehensive education in biosciences, enabling students to understand human diseases and develop solutions through applying research in medicine. The program emphasizes practical learning, with up to three hours of laboratory work per day from the first year, and offers a cross-disciplinary approach to diseases and biomedical systems, preparing graduates for diverse career opportunities in the growing biotechnology and biomedicine fields.

Program Outline

Degree Overview:

The Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences focuses on students acquiring knowledge in biosciences that enables them to apply research in the field of medicine to understand human diseases and find solutions to them. Students will learn how to better understand the pathological mechanisms that cause diseases, thus understanding how to treat them more efficiently through applying basic research in the field of medicine. During the bachelor’s degree, students will discover the biological foundations (biochemical, molecular, genetic, and physiological) that determine the functioning of living organisms and humans.
