The Packaging Purchasing program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to develop effective packaging purchasing strategies. The program focuses on the value chain, key drivers at each stage, and integration into the overall purchasing strategy. It also incorporates green purchasing criteria, emphasizing circularity in packaging materials. Participants will develop an action plan to implement the learned strategies in their own companies.
