• The program utilizes the case method, an interactive and dynamic approach that encourages dialogue about real-world business situations, challenges, and human behavior within the company.
• This method facilitates the exchange of perspectives among participants, leading to more robust and efficient decision-making.
• Commercial and Marketing Management: This module covers the development and execution of effective commercial and marketing strategies with limited financial resources.
• Leadership, Influence, and Communication Skills in Purchasing: This module delves into analyzing financial statements of the company and suppliers, understanding the cost of capital and profitability metrics, evaluating suppliers in mergers and acquisitions, analyzing investments in "make or buy" decisions, Total Cost Ownership (TCO), reporting and productivity indicators, and purchasing tracking and control.
• People Management: This module explores the unique challenges of managing people in SMEs, where ownership and management often overlap.
