Description:
The program provides a unique platform for participants to access luxury hotel chains and hotels in key positions, enabling them to create unique and memorable experiences for guests in the world's most exclusive hotels. The program integrates theoretical and conceptual learning in the classroom (IQS) with practical on-site training (Hotel Arts). This approach immerses participants in the hotel's operational processes and, importantly, places them directly in front of clients, allowing them to understand the crucial role they play in service levels, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
