- Gestión financiera de un proyecto: This module focuses on financial management principles, including financial statement analysis, cost and budget control, project profitability analysis, and investment decision-making.
- Dirección y planificación de proyectos: This module covers project management fundamentals, including project lifecycle, project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
Module 2: Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Supply Chain Management, planificación de la demanda y modelos de previsión: This module covers supply chain management fundamentals, demand planning, and forecasting models.

- Sales & Operations Planning (SOP): This module focuses on inventory and service level planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Module 5: Supply Chain 4.0: Smart Logistics

- Nuevas tecnologías de la Supply Chain 4.0: This module explores new technologies in Supply Chain 4.0, including physical flow management in warehousing and inventory, physical flow management in transportation and distribution, information flow management in the supply chain, and the digital transformation of the 4.0 world.
