The Posgrado Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management is a postgraduate program offered by IQS, a university affiliated with the Ramon Llull University (URL). It is a self-funded program, meaning students pay for their own tuition. • Implement Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

• Master methodologies and tools for managing and controlling outsourcing experiences.
• Manage, lead, and direct logistics operations.

• Logistics management, including purchasing, warehousing, and transportation

Outline:

• Gestión financiera de un proyecto: This module focuses on financial management principles, including financial statement analysis, cost and budget control, project profitability analysis, and investment decision-making.
• Dirección y planificación de proyectos: This module covers project management fundamentals, including project lifecycle, project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.

Module 2: Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

• Supply Chain Management, planificación de la demanda y modelos de previsión: This module covers supply chain management fundamentals, demand planning, and forecasting models.
• Políticas de inventarios y nivel de servicio.
• Sales & Operations Planning (SOP): This module focuses on inventory and service level planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Module 4: Logistics Management

• Gestión del transporte y la distribución física: This module covers transportation and physical distribution management, including trends in transportation management, transportation strategy, international and domestic transportation networks, and international trade Incoterms.
• Lean Logistics: This module explores the adaptation of Lean Management principles to logistics.

Module 5: Supply Chain 4.0: Smart Logistics

• Nuevos modelos de canales de venta: This module covers new sales channel models, including direct, retail, wholesale, distributor, and intermediary channels, as well as offline and online channels like marketplaces, e-commerce, and social media.
• Nuevas tecnologías de la Supply Chain 4.0: This module explores new technologies in Supply Chain 4.0, including physical flow management in warehousing and inventory, physical flow management in transportation and distribution, information flow management in the supply chain, and the digital transformation of the 4.0 world.

Teaching:

The program utilizes a blended learning approach, combining in-person sessions with online synchronous video conferencing. The in-person sessions take place on campus or at company visits. Online sessions are interactive and recorded for those who miss them. The program also incorporates asynchronous online forums for discussion.
