• El programa aborda la problemática derivada del espacio vacío en la cadena de distribución como una oportunidad para la reducción de costes y de impacto ambiental.

Degree Overview:

The program focuses on the issue of empty space in the distribution chain as an opportunity to reduce costs and environmental impact. It aims to improve transportation management, raise environmental awareness, and provide guidelines for standardized carbon footprint measurement.

Objectives:

The program will develop your competencies and skills to be able to:

• Evaluate the problem derived from empty space
• Align with the legal requirements of the next European packaging and packaging waste regulation.
• Quantify efficiency in terms of load occupancy factor and impact on carbon footprint.
• Identify savings linked to the reduction of empty space.
• Present tools for the design of efficient packaging.
• Improve the customer or consumer experience with solutions that allow for the reduction of empty space.

• The program is delivered in a blended format, with face-to-face sessions on campus and synchronous online sessions via videoconference.
