It is designed for Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates, and Assistant Practitioners working in nursing or care homes in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, or Dorset who want to enhance their knowledge and clinical practice. The program aims to:

• Foster a deep understanding of holistic person-centered care and the person's care journey.
• Advance contemporary knowledge and understanding of adult social care nursing in care home settings.

• Develop a strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulation, and policy underpinning nursing and care home practice.
