Forensic Anthropology MSc is a 12-month (full-time) program designed to equip students with the skills needed to analyze and identify human skeletal remains. The program focuses on the application of forensic anthropology in investigations related to interpersonal violence, homicide, repatriation, mass disasters, and war crimes. The program aims to prepare students for successful careers in forensic anthropology or allied professions.
Teaching:
Many of the faculty members are forensic practitioners, providing students with real-world experience. Students will gain skills in interpreting skeletal remains and producing expert witness reports. The program includes access to skeletal collections, such as the Scheuer collection of juvenile skeletal remains, the adult osteology collection, and the animal osteology collection.
