Develop skills, knowledge and understanding of computing and the engineering behind computer programs and databases whilst designing, developing, and producing computer software packages. Study a range of modules, including software development, database systems, software engineering, and human-computer interaction. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject. Attend regular seminars and guest speakers to learn from those working within the industry. Develop skills and understanding through access to a range of conventional and specialised equipment and software. Undertake a development project based on your own interests, guided by academic staff. This is a conversion degree, enabling career changes or qualification in a discipline unrelated to the undergraduate degree.
