Program Overview

This online strategic leadership program equips participants with the knowledge and skills to refine their leadership purpose and effectively navigate workplace challenges during periods of change. It focuses on peer learning, critical reflection, and feedback through a virtual learning environment, while supporting participants in developing and enhancing their leadership abilities without interrupting their full-time work schedules.

• Strategic Leadership Practices (12 ECTS)
• Future Focused Professional Portfolio 1 (3 ECTS)

Semester 2

• Applied Strategic Leadership (12 ECTS)
• Future Focused Professional Portfolio 2 (3 ECTS)

Teaching:

• Virtual learning environment
• Emphasis on peer learning, team learning, critical reflection, and feedback
• Between sessions, support from faculty and staff online
• 15-18 hours of study per week

Other:

• This course qualifies for 50% funding under the HCI Fees Subsidy.
• The program will be completed online, allowing participants to develop and expand their skills while continuing to work full-time.
• The program is designed to equip participants with tools and frameworks to refine their individual leadership purpose, lead workplace challenges during periods of change, and understand the key behaviors and core competencies required for successful strategic leaders.

EU - €3,500 Non- EU - €4,750 HCI Fees Subsidy - Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria can qualify for 50% funding subject to the availability of places.
