- Students may have 15-25 hours of lectures/labs per week.
- Students are required to obtain specific equipment for coursework, including a lab coat, safety goggles, hepatitis vaccinations, immunity testing, a chef's uniform and shoes, and a knife set.
- Students have the opportunity to complete a research project in Europe through the Erasmus program in Year 3 and a work placement in Europe in Year 4. Three years of further relevant experience will enable them to apply for Registered Nutritionist status.
