- Year 1:
- Three classes, typically one per semester
- On-campus classes held in the evening or on Saturday mornings
- Each class involves three hours per week and takes approximately 200 hours including self-study
- Students who complete Year 1 will receive a Postgraduate Certificate
- Year 2:
- Three classes – one per semester
- Typically includes two optional classes and the compulsory Research Methods & Reasoning class
- Research Methods & Reasoning class provides the basis for the Masters-level dissertation
- Each class takes approximately 200 hours including self-study
- Students who complete Year 2 will receive a Postgraduate Diploma
- Year 3:
- Research dissertation of 15,000 words in a subject area of choice, worth 60 credits
- Supervisor provides one-to-one support
- Dissertation can be completed by distance learning
- Work-based project:
- Alternative to dissertation
- Students instigate a strategic change initiative in their workplace and evaluate its impact on their learning
Assessment:
- Formative tasks throughout the course, including a reflective journal
- Most classes include a written assignment (3,000 words) and a piece of reflective writing

The tuition fee for 2024/25 is £967 for students from Scotland, England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. For international students, the tuition fee is £1,861.
