Degree Overview:
This combined business and finance degree teaches banking sector basics, business analysis, finance, and systems. It explores the analytical aspects of business, focusing on practical skills and knowledge needed for a business career. The course covers quantitative analysis and systems, the workings of the banking sector, and essential financial knowledge such as developing and managing businesses, sustainability, and financial crises. Students gain practical experience through working with business professionals and/or local communities on live projects. The Robert Holman Bursary awards 2x £1,000 bursaries to students entering their second and third years of study.
