The Master of Education (M.Ed.) program at Amity University Dubai is a two-year program that focuses on developing advanced skills for effective leadership in school improvement and instructional management. The program is designed for individuals with an academic background in education, including graduates of Bachelor of Education, school teachers, cluster leaders, principals, and professionals in educational or early childhood settings. The program's pedagogy is centered on problem-of-practice, evidence-driven solutions. It emphasizes practical learning through dynamic classrooms, case studies, research projects, presentations, and supervised fieldwork guided by dedicated faculty advisors.
