Program Overview

This theoretical and hands-on course will provide students with a thorough understanding of the science, creation, and beauty of Italian cooking. You will learn the basic techniques and how to prepare some of the most popular and delicious recipes. By the end of the 15-day course, students will be able to demonstrate mastery of lesson content at levels of 70% or higher.
