Program Overview


This undergraduate business program enhances knowledge in accounting, management, commercial law, and economics for graduates in non-business fields. Students can specialize in six concentrations: accounting, finance, general management, human resources, leadership, or marketing. The program accommodates students with prior credits, requires a minimum of nine TRU credits, and has admission requirements that include a non-business baccalaureate degree.

Degree Overview:

Graduates of recognized degrees in fields other than business or commerce can choose from one of six concentrations: accounting, finance, general management, human resources, leadership and marketing. Build from core knowledge in accounting, management, commercial law and economics.

  • These 12 credits are selected to ensure that all course prerequisites for each concentration are satisfied.
  • Any remaining credits bringing the total elective credits to 12 are to be chosen in consultation with a Program Advisor and must include courses in business, management or economics.
