UK Requirements:

• Must have GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics, with at least grade 6 (or grade B).
• Applicants with grade 5 in Maths will be considered if they are taking A-level Accounting, Business, Chemistry, Economics, Maths, Physics, Psychology, an LIBF Diploma in Financial Studies or Level 3 Certificate in Core Maths (grade B).
• AAT accounting qualifications can be used as an alternative to the grade 6 GCSE Maths requirement.
• Applicants should also have a broad range of GCSEs grade 9-4 (A*-C), including good grades in relevant subjects.

• Turkey: Applicants who have taken the Lise Diplomasi or Lise Bitirme, with a score of at least 4/5 or 80/100 in their final year, will be considered on a case by case basis for direct entry to year 1.
Where direct entry is unsuitable, applicants will be automatically considered for one of the Foundation Years. Additional requirements: Good level of Mathematics.
• USA: The University considers the full profile of applicants, including the High School Graduation Diploma, Grade 12 GPA, SAT tests and subject tests and/or ACT grades and AP tests.
They expect to see a combination of these qualifications. Alongside the High School Graduation Diploma, they would ideally like to see 3 good AP scores with either, a combined SAT test score (evidence-based reading and writing and mathematics) of 1300, or a combined ACT score of 26. They also accept college level 3-credit courses in academic subjects as the equivalent of a UK A Level on a case by case basis. These can be combined with AP tests and or SAT subject tests. An Associate degree with a GPA of 3.0 will meet the entry requirements for year 1. Students who have a High School Diploma and SAT or ACT tests only would be eligible to apply for the Foundation Year. Additional requirements: Good level of Mathematics.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

• IELTS (Academic): 6.0 overall, including at least 5.5 in each component.
• Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English (CAE): 169 overall, including at least 162 in each skill.
• Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): 169 overall, including at least 162 in each skill.
• Pearson (PTE Academic): 59 overall, including at least 59 in all four skills.
• TOEFL (iBT): 80 overall, including at least 17 in Listening, 18 in Reading, 20 in Speaking, 17 in Writing.

Country Exceptions:

• Nationals of the following countries, or those who have recently completed a qualification equivalent to a UK Bachelors degree or higher in one of these countries, will normally meet the English requirements: Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Ireland, Jamaica, New Zealand, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, USA.
