Program Overview
This PGCE Secondary program prepares aspiring teachers for Qualified Teacher Status and the start of their teaching careers. The program emphasizes pastoral care and support for trainees and boasts strong partnerships with schools for enhanced subject knowledge and teaching skills. Upon completion, trainees receive 60 Master's-level credits and can pursue a part-time Master's degree in Education. - In addition, this qualification is worth 60 Master's-level credits (one third of a Master's degree). Following completion of the PGCE you can top-up part-time to a Master's degree in Education.
