Program Overview

The program prepares students for a variety of careers in corporate and commercial law, including:
- International trade lawyer: Advising clients on international trade agreements, tariffs, and customs regulations.
- International investment lawyer: Advising clients on foreign direct investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and international arbitration.
- Corporate lawyer: Advising companies on a range of legal matters, including corporate governance, contracts, and intellectual property.
- Commercial lawyer: Advising businesses on a range of legal matters, including contracts, sales, and distribution.
